WE, THE MEMBERS OF MISSOURI MOVERS ASSOCIATION, INC., PLEDGE AS FOLLOWS TO YOU, OUR PRESENT AND PROSPECTIVE CUSTOMERS:
- We pledge to admit to our membership only qualified, professional movers.
- We pledge that every employee serving you will be honest and trustworthy, clean and courteous in all his actions.
- We pledge skill and professional techniques in handling and protecting your valuable possessions.
- We pledge full cooperation with our customers in scheduling van and crews, and further pledge that we will give prompt notice in the event a change in schedule is required.
- We pledge that we will maintain our moving vans, equipment and warehouses in a clean and safe condition, and that only clean and safe containers will be used for packing services.
- We pledge prompt settlement of every claim under our agreed liability as a mover or warehouseman.
- We pledge helpful advice and accurate estimates.
- We pledge non-discrimination of service between customers.
- We pledge that each of our members will set standards which permit high quality and reliability of service.
- We pledge, through your help, to investigate every complaint for violation of this code, and to expel any unworthy and unfit violators from our membership.
Our goal is that, with no added worries or unhappy memories as a result of a poor move, you arrive in your new home or office having had economical, prompt and perfect preparation and transportation of your valued possessions.
To carry out our pledges, we solicit your cooperation in reporting violations. Also, we solicit, respectfully your praise and patronage if you have been satisfied by our efforts.
